Слабительные препараты в гериатрической практике: от предоперационной подготовки кишечника до коррекции хронического запора

Аннотация
В первой части статьи рассмотрены вопросы предоперационной подготовки кишечника у пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста с акцентом на наиболее безопасные препараты. Во второй части статьи разобрана проблема хронического запора как гериатрического синдрома, в том числе с описанием возраст-ассоциированных изменений строения и функции толстого кишечника, причин развития запоров и особенностей коррекции в гериатрической практике.
