Болезнь Паркинсона — мультисистемное нейродегенеративное заболевание с поражением различных медиаторных систем и широким спектром нейропсихиатрических нарушений (НПН). НПН являются характерными проявлениями БП, встречаются у большинства пациентов, являясь ведущими факторами, снижающими качество жизни. В статье представлены современные представления о клинике, патофизиологии и подходах к терапии аффективных, когнитивных, пстихотических нарушений на разных стадиях БП. Обсуждаются вопросы сочетания и взаимовлияния НПН, наличия общих структурно-нейрохимических патофизиологических механизмов, подходов к терапии.

Parkinson's disease is a multisystem neurodegenerative disease with damage to various neurotransmitters systems and a wide range of neuropsychiatric disorders (NPS). NPS are typical manifestations of PD, occurring in most patients, and are the leading factors that reduce the quality of life. In this article, the epidemiology, clinical course, diagnosis, and management of some of the most common NPS symptoms in PD are discussed. The issues of combination, the presence of common structural and neurochemical pathophysiological mechanisms, and potential approaches to therapy were reviewed.
