Периимплантит является одной из ведущих причин потери дентальных имплантатов, особенно у пожилых пациентов с нарушением остеогенеза. Возрастные изменения, остеопороз, остеопения и коморбидные заболевания (сахарный диабет, сердечно-сосудистые патологии) снижают регенеративный потенциал костной ткани, усложняя терапию периимплантита. Стандартные методы лечения периимплантита недостаточно эффективны, поскольку не учитывают индивидуальные особенности костного метаболизма. В связи с этим разработка персонализированных подходов, основанных на оценке биохимических маркеров остеогенеза, рентгенологической плотности костной ткани и системных факторов риска,является важной задачей современной стоматологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>RELEVANCE. Peri-implantitis is one of the leading causes of dental implant failure, particularly in elderly patients with impaired osteogenesis. Age-related changes, osteoporosis, osteopenia, and comorbid conditions such as diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases reduce the regenerative potential of bone tissue, complicating the treatment of peri-implantitis. Standard treatment methods for peri-implantitis often prove insufficiently effective, as they do not account for individual variations in bone metabolism.
