Она занимает первое место среди всех причин деменции как в пожилом, так и в пресенильном возрасте. Базисная терапия деменции при болезни Альцгеймера проводится с использованием 2 групп препаратов — ингибиторов холинэстеразы (донепезил, ривастигмин, галантамин,) и модулятора NMDA глутаматных рецепторов мемантина. На стадии умеренной и тяжелой деменции нередко возникает необходимость в одновременном использовании и ингибитора холинэстеразы, и мемантина. В обзоре обсуждаются современные возможности, эффективность и безопасность комбинированной терапии болезни Альцгемера. Подробно освещены особенности применения фиксированных комбинаций мемантина и донепезила в клинической практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of the most prevalent neurodegenerative diseases worldwide. It is the leading cause of dementia in both older and oldest old population. The standard treatment for AD dementia is based on two groups of drugs: cholinesterase inhibitors (donepezil, rivastigmine, galantamine) and NMDA glutamate receptor modulator memantine. At moderate and severe stages of dementia, it is often necessary to use both a cholinergic inhibitor and memantine simultaneously. This review discusses current capabilities, efficacy and safety of combined therapy for Alzheimer's.
