К ним относятся гиперинтенсивные изменения белого вещества (ГИБВ), лакунарные инфаркты, церебральные микрокровоизлияния, расширение периваскулярных пространств и атрофические изменения отделов ГМ. Микроструктурные изменения проводящих путей белого вещества головного мозга появляются до ГИБВ и могут быть оценены с помощью диффузионновзвешенной МРТ (ДВ МРТ). Один из оцениваемых при этом параметров — коэффициент фракционной анизотропии (ФА) — служит предиктором поражения белого вещества на ранних стадиях АГ.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper reviews the data on cerebrovascular changes in arterial hypertension obtained by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). These include white matter hyperintensities (WMH), lacunar infarcts, cerebral microbleeds, enlarged perivascular spaces, and brain atrophy. Microstructural white matter changes precede WMH, and can be detected using diffusion tensor MRI (DTI), which allows the analysis of fractional anisotropy (FA), indicating white matter lesions in the early stages of hypertension.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>магнитно-резонансная томография</kwd><kwd>гиперинтенсивные изменения белого вещества</kwd><kwd>лакунарные инфаркты</kwd><kwd>церебральные микрокровоизлияния</kwd><kwd>расширение периваскулярных пространств</kwd><kwd>атрофия головного мозга</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>magnetic resonance imaging</kwd><kwd>white matter hyperintensity</kwd><kwd>lacunar infarcts</kwd><kwd>cerebral microbleeds</kwd><kwd>enlarged perivascular spaces</kwd><kwd>brain atrophy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Баланова Ю.А., Шальнова С.А., Куценко В.А., Имаева А.Э., Капустина А.В., Муромцева Г.А., Евстифеева С.Е., Максимов С.А., Бойцов С.А., Драпкина О.М. от имени участников исследования ЭССЕ-РФ.
