Саркопения — один из ведущих гериатрических синдромов, который увеличивает риск инвалидности, падений и травм. Особенное значение этот синдром имеет для долгожителей в возрасте 90 лет и старше, для которых ранее не проводился детальный анализ течения саркопении и не были описаны гормональные и метаболические характеристики данного состояния.</p></sec><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ. Анализ особенностей гормонально-метаболического статуса у долгожителей с саркопенией и выявление факторов, повышающих риск ее развития.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. В исследование был включен 2221 человек в возрасте от 90 лет. Участникам исследования во время визита врача и медицинской сестры проводилась комплексная гериатрическая оценка, а также анализ крови с определением ряда метаболических и гормональных показателей. Статистический анализ данных проводился с помощью языка программирования R версии 4.2.2.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Значимые ассоциации с наличием саркопении показали аполипопротеин А1, свободный трийодтиронин, витамин D, альбумин, С-реактивный белок, гемоглобин, эритроциты и гематокрит. Анализ выживаемости людей с саркопенией позволил установить, что наиболее сильными протективными факторами для участников с саркопенией являются любая физическая активность и повышение свободного T3. Среди деструктивных</p><p>факторов лидирует мальнутриция.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Гормонально-метаболический статус, в частности низкая концентрация витамина D, трийодтиронина, альбумина, аполипопротеина А1, во многом определяет наличие саркопении у долгожителей, однако при оценке рисков необходимо учитывать и ряд других немаловажных параметров, таких как физическая активность и статус питания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>RELEVANCE</title><p>RELEVANCE: Sarcopenia is one of the leading geriatric syndromes that increases the risk of disability, falls and injuries. This syndrome is of particular importance for centenarians aged 90 years and older, for whom a detailed analysis of the course of sarcopenia has not previously been carried out and the hormonal and metabolic characteristics of this condition have not been described.</p></sec><sec><title>AIM OF THE STUDY</title><p>AIM OF THE STUDY: To analyze the features of hormonal and metabolic status in nonagenarians with sarcopenia and to identify factors that increase the risk of developing this condition</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study included 2221 people over the age of 90 years. Study participants underwent a comprehensive geriatric assessment during a visit with a doctor and nurse, as well as blood tests to measure a number of metabolic and hormonal parameters. Statistical data analysis was carried out using the R programming language  version 4.2.2.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: Apolipoprotein A1, free triiodothyronine, vitamin D, albumin, C-reactive protein, hemoglobin, red blood cells and hematocrit were significantly associated with the presence of sarcopenia. In a survival analysis of people with sarcopenia, the strongest protective factors for participants with sarcopenia were any physical activity and increasing free T3.
