В связи с этим перед оперативным вмешательством необходима более точная стратификации риска с целью возможного снижения такого риска. Кроме оценки риска, связанного с оперативным вмешательством, оценивают также связанный с пациентом риск, который может быть обусловлен наличием определенных заболеваний, прежде всего сердечно-сосудистых. В настоящее время имеются доказательства обоснованности определения уровня биомаркеров в крови у определенных групп пациентов в период выполнения операций, не связанных с вмешательством на сердце, что позволяет уточнить объем необходимых диагностических вмешательств при подготовке к  операции, а  также диагностировать осложнения заболевания сердца в послеоперационном периоде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Despite significant tactic’s improvements of perioperative management of patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery, there is still a high incidence of postoperative complications. So more accurate risk stratification is necessary before surgery in order to possibly reduce such risk. In addition to assessing the risk associated with surgery, the risk associated with the patient, which may be due to the presence of certain diseases, primarily cardiovascular, is also assessed.
