Документ одобрен Научно-практическим Советом Минздрава России в декабре 2020 г.Клинические рекомендации ориентированы на врачей-гериатров, оказывающих помощь в амбулаторных и стационарных условиях, врачей терапевтов, врачей общей практики, врачей-физиотерапевтов. В документе изложены принципы скрининга, диагностики болевого синдрома у пожилых пациентов, подходы к ведению и лечению пациентов с хронической болью, а также вопросы профилактики, реабилитации и организации медицинской помощи этой категории лиц и критерии контроля качества ее оказания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The present document developed by the Russian Association of Gerontologists and Geriatricians represents the Clinical guidelines on chronic pain in older and senile patients.
